SAW

For years, you have come to celebrate Halloween and to witness the weakness of others. The only way to gain redemption for this voyeuristic obsession is to truly know what it means to bleed, to feel weak, and to experience pain. Jigsaw will give you this experience. Happy Halloween. Let the games begin.

See if you can escape the latest demented game of the serial killer Jigsaw. But what happens if you aren't just the victim but the trap itself?

Universal acquired the rights from Lions Gate Entertainment to a couple of famous horror movies to use as haunted houses for their Halloween event. One of these movies was SAW. The house would feature scenes and traps from each of the SAW movies that were out at the time.

JIGSAW’S WORKROOM

We enter an industrial setting. The lighting is harsh, with a practical fluorescent flickering above. Pale, white mannequins stand sentinel over the space. Some of them have mechanical contraptions of various shapes and designs affixed to them. Others are broken and discarded, shattered by tremendous force. Across from us, we see a series of security monitors. Grainy black-and-white images play out, showing various locations from within the lair. On a worktable is an in-progress version of Billy, the wooden mouthpiece of Jigsaw. A VHS Camera is set up in front of it and the illuminated red light signals it is recording. We see JIGSAW, pacing, his back to us, microphone. He is producing another recorded message for his next intended victim. In front of us is a larger monitor. On the screen is the live image of the Billy puppet (pre-recorded). We are hearing the message as it is being recorded.
