Michael was an essential part of the team responsible for organizing Halloween events. One of his primary responsibilities was designing and creating various iconic characters that would be used to promote these events to the consumers. Michael collaborated with the marketing and PR teams, as well as the art and design and costuming and prosthetic teams, to ensure that the characters were engaging, memorable, and fit with the event's overall theme.

Michael's contribution went beyond just designing the characters. He also played a significant role in crafting the storyline and directing the actors who would bring these characters to life. With his guidance, the team created unforgettable characters, including the immensely popular Jack the Clown.
